PROPERTY DISPONIBILITY FROM 03/06/2023
NOTES: The flats are not provided (not even on request) with: blankets, coffeemaker and grater. We are partners with bicycle hiring, contact renter directly.
TO BE PAID ON ARRIVAL: City Tax 2,50 euro per person per day.
PETS: Accepted.
N.B.: The air conditioning is not included in the final price, on request 12.00€ per day or 80.00€ per week. Bedsheets not included. Inside parking space guaranteed for 1 vehicle per apartment.
- The payment must be made upon handing the apartment’s key.
- The booked apartment is at your service from 15.00 onwards, as for departure it must occur by 09.00.
- It is strictly forbidden to host people that are not included in the number declared when booking.
- The week is booked from Saturday to Saturday.
- The cars cannot be washed inside the property.
- Every guest must look after their belongings. The direction cannot be held responsible for any cases of possible thefts or shortages.
- Absolute silence from 24.00 to 08.30 and from 13.30 to 16.30.
- The pets must be reported when booking.
- In the case of lacked arrival, the flat will be held at your service until the 24.00 of the day after that indicated as arrival date on the booking.
